It was a September day in Weilburg, surrounded by historic architecture and the soft greenery of the German countryside. The celebration began with an intimate ceremony at the Untere Orangerie, before the newlyweds made their way together to the Obere Orangerie. There, guests gathered for drinks in the afternoon light, with the gardens and grand surroundings setting the scene for a relaxed first part of the day.
Later that evening, everyone came together again at Schlosshotel Weilburg, dressed for dinner beneath the open sky. Guests arrived through the courtyard before settling in for a long evening of dinner, speeches and conversation, as the light slowly faded around them. A celebration shaped by old-world elegance, changing light and the quiet intimacy of being surrounded by the people closest to them.
