I’m Lisa, a photographer based in Rotterdam, where I live with my partner and our sweet dog. My background is in film, but I eventually found my way to photography and fell in love with the way a single image can hold an entire story. That background still shapes the way I see a wedding — in scenes, movement, light and the moments that make the day feel entirely your own.
I’m very intuitive when it comes to people and moments, and I often sense what a situation needs without having to interrupt it. Knowing when to step in, when to gently guide and when to simply let something unfold. It’s important to me that you can stay present in your day, close to the people you love, without having to think about the camera.
I’m naturally warm and genuinely love connecting with people, which often helps guests feel comfortable around me too. I care about everyone feeling seen and beautiful in the photographs, not only because those images matter to them, but because I know how meaningful they will become to you as well.
I also care deeply about the way I move through a wedding — with respect for the people, the place and the atmosphere you’ve created. I always dress to fit the occasion and try to feel like a natural part of the day, rather than someone standing outside of it.
